For some reason when I try to type my Serial# in on my phone, it changes the keyboard to numbers only so I can't put it in. I guess I'll wait until I get home.

weird, it worked just fine for me.

when you type in your number, make sure it's in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX. maybe that's what the problem is.
