Yea it WOULD HAVE TO BE a jailbroken one, those "stock" icons just don't cut it....

I think some guy just made one, it looks like it's made from some kinda cardboard that is used for packaging then a poster or custom print(?) of a iPhone..

Yea I know; but it seems to me that I got some thing at one time or another that had something similar to that shape packed as a cushion around it to protect it in shipping , tho I’m sure it wasn’t quite that big and it had white foam pieces stuck to the rounded corners...
