Not okay to announce adult apps on MMI?

Hi, I think I may have crossed some line in my first post here and would love to understand what it was, so that I don't do it again...

We've developed an adult app for jailbroken iPhones, and I announced it in the Native iPhone/iPod Touch App Launches area last night, but within minutes the post disappeared. We linked to a PG-demo on YouTube and then to our own site, which is for adults only with a legal, must-be-over-18 gateway in front of it... I'm not sure if the post came across as spammy or if MMI doesn't link to adult sites as a rule (I read the terms of service excluding sexually explicit content, so maybe that was the problem, though we tried to be more clinical than we usually are about what the product does).

Anyway, just trying to get clarification on the rules. I see that iSteamy and OhMiBod have both been promoted here, which are clearly adult products, and of course we want to play nice... we do love this site and lurk here regularly.

Broomhead, thanks for the clarification and for not banning us. I did look for guidelines prior to posting and certainly didn't intend to offend. But understanding the PG rating now we will respect that, of course. Thanks again for helping the newbie.
