Fedex vs ups which one do you prefer

Which one do you prefer,,..>?

Fedex or ups?

fedex... Because they come past my house first thing in the morning. Usually by 9:30 am.
Ups doesn't get here until after 4 pm

I use both of them....but most of the time I have to track Fedex down to get my packages.

I have accounts for both.

tracking - UPS but FEDEX has gotten better
Price - FEDEX Ground and home seem to be cheaper
Drop off - FEDEX is right up the road and open until 7.
Cutomer Service - both are pretty good.
Self service from PC - both are very good
Notifications - same
Reliability - same
Packages arriving undamaged - i seem to have better luck with fedex

But FEDEX tracking and customer service is much better then UPS..

But USPS tracking is total useless

Package was dropped and 2 days later i checked and it said Electronic information received...

When packaged arrived 9 days later i checked tracking and all i saw Item arrived abroad..

What garbage tracking system, might as well not have a tracking system USPS

UPS website is better then FEDEX website

UPS is easier to ship with online

FEDEX tracking system is much better then UPS tracking system

FEDEX customer service is better then UPS customer service

FEDEX insurance is better and they will give you money back if your item is lost or damaged

FEDEX IS ALSO BETTER VALUER THEN UPS

UPS HAS HAD MORE DAMAGED PACKAGES

FEDEX is very good, if your gonna ship international, it's also better for FEDEX ground its better then UPS ground...

I prefer Fedex. The two latest shipments I had with UPS didn't show on the UPS site until 2 days went by.
