Follow the foot that is up... not the leg but the foot... you should be able to get her turning the other direction..... once you see the foot going the other way you can move up her body to see her turn the other way... Originally Posted by one1

Ahh, finally got that one. You have to stare at it for 5-10 seconds because that's how often your brain naturally changes its perspective when viewing something.
