What's the best PS3 hacking site?

I got a brand new PS3 for Christmas this year and I wanna start playing around with it. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a GOOD site?

I cant find time to play the 360 or I would probably have bought one by now.

I remember the days of hacking my PS2 though, soldering a chipset onto the mainboard to run burned game copy's

I bought it mainly for the Blue-Ray player but now i'm exploring other options

i'm not sure about hacking, but you might want to consider swapping out the hard drive for a larger one. i use it to store DL'd movies.

The hard drive is a great place to start. I bought an 80 and put in a 250. Theres not really modding going on quite yet there are a few "teams" that are working on ISO loaders but none look promising yet. How do you want to "hack" it? If you want to run backed up games that YOU bought and have in YOUR posession the 360 is that route to take as of now.
