what's up with Swap tunes

I have tried using the swaptunes application to switch my itunes libraries but it has never worked. When I press the application it says that it is switching my libraries and then it takes about 10 seconds and crashes. It doesn't switch my iTunes libraries like its supposed to. Am I missing something? Is there more to it?? Please help
