You cant.

It goes by post count, and/or editable by Mods.

But its not customizable.

posting is the only way. I think it changes to "green apple" after 30 or 50 posts. then again at 100 and 300 posts.

No Zeal got banned for multiple reasons - and it is a lifetime ban since some people dont like to follow rules or listen to warnings. Also any other variations of the same user, is a instant ban as well.
