Hi folkes im new ive just got a few questions to ask coz im not too
tech aware.
I have an ipnone on 02 contract its running 1.1.4
and i want to be able to have new ringtones and message tones
plus i want things ive seen like the guitar plus applications but i
realy not sure where to start.
i need it spelling out lol

Use ZiPhone 2.5. If you are locked to an O2 contract, all you need to do is jailbreak...

Yeah its on o2 contract just got it last month
will ZiPhone 2.5. just unlock it for me then ?

i just want a litle more freedom with message/ring tones
like my old phones and to be able to run apps plus change
the lock sounds wallpapers on the app screen.

Well if you are on the official carrier, like US has AT&T, all you need to do is jailbreak.

ok so the jailbreak will unlock the phone
so I can change the tones,theams, will this
also let me install apps like the guitar ?
Is there a walk through anywhere as I'm not
too clued up on computer stuff.

ive been following this to jailbreak my iphone but i get
to step 17 and the load bar gets half way and stops
and says ERROR package download failed: (null)!
