they wouldn't be able to do much about it unless they saw her being reckless because there are no laws against texting and driving in florida.

I got my car totaled because someone was texting and driving not to long ago. But even tho there isn't a law in Oklahoma she got charged with reckless driving. I think there should be a law every where and that if you talk and drive u should have to have a headset or a blue tooth of some sort

It's the whole phone part not the talking when your hands free it's no different then singing in the car or talking to a buddy thats ridin shotgun

That doesn't matter the drivers reaction is what matters. Your buddies can be like whoa whoa whoa but if u don't see what's happening then you could over correct or not react fast at all.
