I started at 5 this morning, should have finished by 11 but the snow made it interesting.

Good to go out and find out what actually happens.

I work for a great company but only because we have great people working for us.

I am so up and down right now I feel like i am 100% better then a min later feel as tho I need to go stick my head in a toilet suppose to go to work tomorrow too.

I work for a company that could be great but they are stubborn with their money and how they treat employees and management.

I am not against unions but unions should NOT make there way into retail stores. I can understand it for jobs like 2K or Broom because they are doing I high risk job.

My company has made mistakes but the new management has worked out a plan to get things right - I am part of the plan and actually believe it will work. It's nice to work for a company that actually wants to improve things but embarrassing to be told how good you are all the time.

I can't really afford not to go in.

And what's embarrassing about be told your good at some thing? I would die be told I am good or acknowledged for the work I do for my company. I been in the top 10% of sales for the 3 years I been with the company I can't recall getting so much as a high five for my accomplishments.
We get judged on 11 or so metrics you can be solid on 10/11 but you get b1tched at for the 1 metric that isn't quite up to par

Can your company afford for you to go in? If you infect colleagues that will be bad, but if you infect customers they will lose business. Very strange that they won't pay you to stay away.

I was bought in to do a job. I would not have taken the job if I didn't think I could do it.

I only took the job because the job spec was so me. And it was spot on, they needed someone to do exactly what the job spec said and I am the person that fitted the spec.

I know it, they know it.

It's nice when you get it right
