Probably some time next month, when the online delay for orders will be measured in months.

Or you could buy an ATT one no-commitment, not sign up for service, and have them unlock it.

That's what I did. I have 2 coming unlocked from the UK, but I also ordered a no commitment one from ATT's site. Had to sign up for a plan though, I just picked the cheapest plan available ($60) and will cancel it after the first month. I am banking on them unlocking it since I bought it full $850 price and that is their current policy with the 4S.

You probably don't need to even pay a month of service with ATT. You should have 30 days to cancel the phone service without penalty--and just elect to keep the phone, as you paid full price for it (and SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS for the unlock--they'll ask and will probably check them for a 5).

Apparently the building of where I lost it has 2 lost and founds (not sure why). I had an announcement done about it, and it went from one lost and found to the primary one that i thought it would be. I never thought anyone stole it, since it was clearly in the building via FMiP. So yah.

There wont be a jailbreak for it for a while i would expect not to see one till late decemeber early next year for it
