So sux for the people of New Orleans area. No slack at all. geez, hundreds of homes under water. What I have a hard time with is they issued a mandatory evacuation and some people stayed in their homes anyway, now rescuers are scrambling to save these people in Plaquemines, thank goodness.

(which they were unable to get before the rescuers came)
