Try netstat -i (or -e). I think that binary's in BigBoss' Recommended Tools.

I had two nitro buggies. VERY fun and very fast. I highly recommend NOT drifting with them on concrete covered with pine straw. The tires will connect with concrete eventually and fly straight into a pine tree....
