I've screwed up so much stuff today, it's not even funny.

My computer? Kernel panicking, EFI's shot, HDD is corrupt. My own stupidity.
My on-site backup? Had the same corruption. Trying to restore it zeroed /both/ my HDD and backup image (my own stupidity x2).
My Spideroak backup? Lost the private key (x3).
My server? Lost the private key and the content-signature key is locked in my firewall (damn TPMs) (x4--x5 SUPER COMBO).
All data's toast, all backups fried. I'm having a bear of a time even getting OS X running on the machine again.

Oh, and I offered to bring dinner to a buddy who's having surgery tomorrow (so she won't have to cook)? Blew me off. You know it's bad when you're offering to do something for someone and they outright reject that.

At least I've un-screwed the computer to a point where my mom isn't killing me for killing her iTunes. And I have sound again, so today's epic failures may turn out less sucky.

Plus I made $20 for finding and returning an iPod. Nothing wrong with free money, is there?
