No, waiting for the new phone to be released then I will buy a factory unlocked i4 when they are cheaper I guess.
Funny, I was just chatting with Edwin about this. You reading minds?
I have had 2 i4's, had issues with the gevey sim so I'm back to my trusty 3Gs till the release of the new one.

Cool, sounds like a good plan. Factory unlocked is definitely the way to go.

$1700 is what I paid for my factory unlocked 3GS on ebay when they first came out. That is the most I have ever paid for a phone. Paid about $1100 for my first iPhone 4. Just paid $910 for my white iPhone 4. I haz a sickness me thinks lol.
Throwback to 2/3 weeks ago, my 4 month old 27" iMac is now completely shot. Wont turn on at all. Going back to store tomorrow for fix/replacement.

Yup, brand new iMac. At least it is under warranty and I have a up to date time machine backup. So not a huge deal.

Yeah. It backs you up every now and again automatically (via a BSoD to the default OS image...
). But really, Time Machine is just a mess of proprietary databases and encrypted PLISTs. Now Superduper... that's a real backup utility.
It does. The fiber around the proximity sensor just distorts the extra reflection off the white surface (e.g., the fiber doesn't block what comes in "above" it direct, but it does warp anything that doesn't).

I can restore from my automatic time machine backup and my computer will be the same way it was before.

James Arness from the classic TV show "Gunsmoke" died today. Being a western movie/show fan, this saddens me.
He was 88 years old, A WWII hero and a great man.
Opps, sorry Simon, I hit the edit instead of the quote button, silly me. SorryLast edited by blkcadi; 06-04-2011 at 12:31 PM.
