Not really it says:

Then says:

The bill says anyone "directly or indirectly harmed" by violations of the bill can report it to law enforcement.

SO in other words it's only going to be an issue if someone reports you, otherwise they have bigger fish to fry. I mean, you ARE stealing a service at that point.......... OUTSIDE the house IMO. If I buy netflix am I to not let anyone else watch the TV with me? Of course not. Sharing inside the house will not be affected and that's fine IMO.

Agreed One1. But I just wondered if they could us IP against you. Because I use netflix and hulu when on the go sometimes. My wife used it at the hospital while I was having surgery and I use it while waiting for my car at the shop. But you cleared it up, thanks.
