lol. You got me to open up IE for the first time since... I installed firefox day after getting this thing.
I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

I decided to keep it the way it is, ((spent about 6 hours changing it, then changing it back again))it just sucks to have to put a check or remove a check on every dam song. So I think my system works for me. Sorry only about 2400 songs in the Library at a time.
Then I can just drag folders around and not go check mark freakin nutty, unless you can explain a better way.

Heh...... I'll teach ya.
Ok so over on the left is your playlists in iTunes. Hit the + button and make a new one called master pod list or something. Load your iPod selection into that list and drag it to the iPod. It doesn't matter what you have in your main library it's what's on the list you made you're dragging over.iMac 27" i5 quad 2.8Ghz (1TB), MacBook Pro 17" 2.6, iPhone 4s

well thats pretty much what I do now, but i have all my music in separate folders, (not in iTunes) then when I want to change I just create a new play list drag that folder in there and call me Uncle Bob. Still don't see how this is better, [dumb biotch I guess]

Make a playlist for each folder. Drag the folder and drop it into it's respective playlist.

ok one1 more thing. so say I have all my music in My Music folder (10,000 plus songs) what is the easiest way to pull only the one1s that you what out of there to make a play list. Seems like it has to be one1 by one1 which is the same crap as doing the "Check-mark" thing.
