Run this in Terminal:
$ sudo -s
# chmod a+wx (/full/path/to/file)
# rm -rf (/full/path/to/file)
And that'll solve your file problem. Be careful with what you're deleting though, with that shell you will have the full keys to the kingdom and can delete some really important, non-replaceable **** without being asked to confirm.

Oh you silly.
Replace (full/path/to/file) with where the file is located in your UNIX file hierarchy.
So if you're looking to delete "dirtypr0nz.m4a" on your Desktop, the commands would go:
chmod 0777 -v -R ~/Desktop/dirtypr0nz.m4a
OR
chmod 0777 -v -R /Users/Stray (or whatever your username is)/Desktop/dirtypr0nz.m4a
