A couple of iPhone shots from a project I've been working on: Fixing a few older laptops I have sitting around...

Left to right, you have two ThinkPad 600X's, a Dell Latitude, my Toshiba Qosmio, and a MAG Innovision monitor that is there for some reason.

Aw yeah, all 128MB of RAM and 12GB HDD of it...

Yeah, the ThinkPaddd. Each has a 12GB HDD; one had 384MB RAM and the other had 256MB (stock being 64MB). I took as much out of ThinkPad 1 as I could and put it into ThinkPad 2, bringing numero dos to about 448MB.
Each has a 500MHz processor, but both are virus-laden. (In before "too much pr0nz?"
).
Once I get it working, I may attempt to sell it, but I don't know how much any of this would bring in. Any ideas/suggestions?
Anyway, I'm quite bored at the moment so if you took the time to examine this post, thanks!Last edited by ALL DAY; 12-24-2008 at 12:43 AM.

Wonder when the best time to move an iPhone will be. Now or in January? Got 2 spare 8gb 2g's I'm thinking of bouncing along with a 16gb black 3g.

It came with your choice of Xp or vista. Vista hogs everything down to 256mb of open ram, XP free's up to as much as 500mb. Tiger even more free ram, but I am not getting the wifi working ...... YET. I hate windows, I won't use it. I didn't want a tablet so I could run windows, I wanted a mac tablet.

EEETTTTsss a hackintosh, like any other hackintosh. Anything running intel will load it, it's getting the bugs out that is the issue.

I love my iPod nano, but detest the Apple earphones. My Skullcandy G.I. headphones have snapped in two in my hands, and there is no warranty claim form for the UK. Skullcandy aren't replying to my email where I asked them why their goods are so crappily made and I have lost patience. Looking for a new pair on the web.

Nice HD! I have that in my iMac.
(factory)
I've decided that I'm not willing to learn windows to upgrade this to Leo and make the wifi work. It's one thing to actually have to use windows, it's another thing to dedicate weeks learning the systems roots to hack it. I refuse to spend that much effort on windows....... for any reward.
The only thing that makes Vista tolerable to me is the fact it is a blatant rip off of Leopard with the features so I might be able to tolerate it. If not, it's worth twice as much as a Rev A MacBook, I'm sure I can find a trader out there
Hell for the matter of fact I'd just go ahead and put it out there.... for trade for a MacBook.
