    Hmm...

I'm bored. My back went out today (damn snow always throws it out).

Million dollar question--should I hold a "hack this like so" contest for cash and/or prizes? I was very intrigued with where the iPod nano 6G hacking project was headed, but it since has stagnated. Or unlocking the FM broadcast/receive ability (plus dual-band 802.11N for those devices with it disabled) for the Broadcom BCM4325/4329.

Hmm. Decisions, decisions (read: hint, hint).

Me too. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0BPKq0aZHk[/ame]It'd put that upstart Zune further in its place.

Hence part of the reason why I listed those two objectives together--methinks that the Nano 6G might run the same (or shockingly similar) Broadcom chip. In which case, getting either hacked open gets Wi-Fi onto the Nano and FM radio onto the 3G and later (if all goes perfectly).

Plus, it's a damn fraud the Nano doesn't run iOS. I'd love to fix that (but that may be a monumental order).

I don't get how OpenBackup is going to sell if PkgBackup isn't broken.

  17. #24476
More competitive pricing? For people like me that don't own pkgbackup
