I got 2 of these bad girls off of eBay. Took me a while to find a deal. But I got them both with shipping for under $20.00. Sweet deal.
I had the regular white shiney incase one and hated it cause it always slipped.
Then I got a Seidio Matte case with the Apple cut out, I love it really but it doesn't come in white so I have matte black.
These Matte White Incase Slider babies are the deal form me. They fit perfect in my griffin charger as well, never take the case off.

You'll have to look thru Cydia and read to see if they will work for 3.0. If your just looking to change the bubble colors that's pretty easy.

SSH into your iPhone and choose an option below.
SMS Bubbles 3.0 change:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ChatKit.framework
Just replace Balloon_1.png for SENT and Balloon_2.png for RECEIVED.

To Activate with Winterboard
/Library/Theme/"name of your theme"/Folders/
make a folder inside and name it "ChatKit.framework"
and place balloon png's there
