adobe premiere problem ....please help
hi
i installed premiere pro 1.5 on my computer but it was too slow , so i uninstalled it then installed an earlier version premiere 6.5 but it won't open and always say that i need a newer version , is there any way to stop it fromdoing this so that i can use the programe , thanks for reading , i hope to get any help from u guys u have helped me many times before .

when you uninstalled did you look in your program files folder to see if there were any adobe folders still there? Sometimes there are still files stored there even when you uninstall a program. Do another uninstall and make sure these folders are gone, reboot, reinstall, and see if that fixed it.

but i think it has sth to do with registry files
