QuickPwn doesn't give you any options like WinPwn, IE: Custom boot logos, custom partitions size, UPGRADING firmware, yada, yada, yada......

You don't need to set a custom partition size. You want to set just enough to allow Cydia to install, which QuickPwn does. hopefully they are just working hard on the unlock, and continuing to further WinPwn and Pwnage for the release of 2.2.

Tru it does that, but.... It still wont upgrade or custom boots.. I agree too: I hope they are still working hard @ the unlocking and on the 2.2 upgrade

Yes if I want to swap out the logo files in the program itself.
But I'd rather just choose one as I'm jailbreaking each device.... Not to mention the problems you can have IF the new image is not with in the specs.....

From the looks of the forums over at iphonelinux.org (WinPwn forums home), WinPWN is dead... The author gives absolutely zero updates on progress (as of late), the last is dated 09/14/08. We are approaching 2 months since that update, and it seems that WinPWN has been forgotten.

With apps like LogoMe for iPhone/iPod Touch, and QuickPWN, it seems that there is no longer a need for WinPWN. Though, having custom f/w's with preinstalled apps kicked so much *** it as ridiculous.

Im pretty sure its never going to be released. Quickpwn has come far enough that it pretty much replaces WinPwn. Also, one guy working on WinPwn, planetbeing, is probably completely focused on iPhoneLinux now...
