Constantly getting a Private Message.

I received a private message today and read it and deleted it. But it keeps on coming up in a pop-up window.

So I go to settings and turn off pop-up notifications. It doesn't work and when I go back to see if everything saved, all my things have been altered back to before I turned it off.

Is there any way a Mod or something help me out and delete this message?

I tried deleting it for the 5th time and now when it pops up, it's just a blank popup window with yes and no at the bottom.
