Found a 50 on the ground at a car show. People were walking over it for like 3 mins before I finally decided to go pick it up.
I've found phones left behind. I usually call a number on the phone or call the cell provider to see if they can get a hold of the owner so I can send it back to them.Don't forget the Thanks if I helped

Found a Razr V3 in the street once. Replaced teh broken screen and kept it as a spare phone. My youngest son a new high school freshman found a $50 on the floor in a stairwell on Friday. Went out and bought a new video game with it.

If I've helped you, you can help me by clicking on that Thanks button.

I used to find things all the time when i was younger (watches, money) but lately, not too much
Never found anything that i could return though. Ive seen people drop things in front of me and ive either told them right away or ran after them with the item. I do this cause if it ever happened to me (which it has) i would like it returned.

If people are dumb enough to leave something behind, they obviously don't consider it important enough to keep track of, so I'd keep it. Unless of course it contains vital ID info (License, Social Security) then I'd return it.

Only valuable thing I ever found was a gold bracelet and considering there was no one around that it might belong to I kept it
