what does it take to get a job at a retail store
like do they consider it something you need a degree for?
or is it something somone like me a junior in highschool can get?

AT&T Careers | Occupational and Hourly Opportunities I'm sure something there would be of value. Doubt you need a degree for retail.

I'm a grad student. I work for WellPoint as a Quality Auditor on a health care contract for the Department of Defense.
