Hey guys look I know that not all of you are christians but would all of you that believe in the power of prayer please keep my friends the Lankford's in your prayers, my friends mom and my 4th grade teacher Mrs. Lankford died this morning, so please everyone keep them in your prayers. Thanks Everybody.

i feel your pain =( and i will keep them in my prayers. a very good friend of mine was murdered monday night. he was the youngest elected city councilmen in the united states.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that flr. Mrs. Lankford died of cancer, they told her last week that she only had 3 months to live, and then today during 1st period they told everyone that she died. It was really a sad day today, one of my friends who was nothing but trouble for her was going to go talk to her today and tell her that he was sorry about everything he did 5/6 years ago.. he was almost crying in class today when they told us.

Sorry for your loss. My own father died on Labor Day of lung cancer. I'm not a prayerful man, but you have my sincere condolences. It's shocking how quickly people go when they do, but take comfort in the fact that they are not suffering anymore and are surely in a better place.

First off I feel your pain, I recently lost a teacher that I had been pretty harsh to and I never had a chance to say sorry and I will regret it forever. Second i will definitely pray for you and your teachers family and friends. Also if I may I would like to add another prayer request, my friend Miranda is having some problems at home and her grandma is sick, so if you could please keep her in your prayers I would really appreciate it a lot.

In this world full of hatred, jealousy, and all evil, it comes as a great joy to see people praying for each other.

One comment I'd like to make, with regards to the OP's first post - followers of almost every religion believe in power of prayer, and see it as a way to connect with the Almighty

Prayer is not just a Christian thing.
