Congrats! Its only just beginning... I just sent my first off to college a week ago, # 2 will be off next year. Only seems like yesterday they were born.

Words of wisdom from almost 19 years of experience. You are excited and amazed right now. There will be times you will get frustrated but take a deep breath and enjoy the experience. I hated the sleepless nights, the neediness and the loss of freedom. Id be much better suited for parenting a newborn now that I seem to have developed a recent need for much less sleep. I wish that I didnt wish the infancies away of my first tow kids. By the time #3 was born I was enjoying those moments at 4 am when everyone else was asleep and the house quiet just with the baby.

Most importantly, let him grow to be his own person. Have trust that his choices will lead him to happiness and success. Remember that if you had problems with your own upbringing, 180 degrees from wrong is still wrong. There is not right and wrong, only what is right for him.

Ezra is beautiful and has a very interesting look about him. His gaze is very deep. He looks so wise as if he already posesses great knowledge. Best wishes.
