can anyone tell me why i cant upload my pic? i go to insert image and it asks for a url, but what url, i got the pic on the desktop, cant just copy it over?

Until I get my new iMac wedged into my desk where the MacBook was I have to work off a stand. Hopefully I'll get to it tomorrow.
