If you do things "my way" you don't need any apps on the iPhone or Touch. You have access to everything you can dream of right on your own computer. Using remote management through VNC you can use photoshop, watch movies, watch FLASH files, send emails with attachments from your HD, literally anything. Sky is the limit.
Anywhere in the world on an edge or WIFI connection. Sitting in the park on CS3 on a touch......
I shouldn't have lifted the camera away and been so honest... I could have screwed with the whole world on that one.
Previous to posting this I had a thread at hackint0sh asking for help about a copy issue, at the end I posted this video and was talking about VNC....... The whole thread was just deleted after I made this video available and was talking about the abilities of VNC.
That makes me a little pissy.Last edited by one1; 02-01-2008 at 07:35 PM.

So you use VNC to access your computer to use photoshop at a crawling slow pace. Why do you bother with this? And I don't see how you can say you watch movies or flash files when again, the refresh rate on VNC even through wifi is slow and last I check it doesn't even have sound. It's nice to connect every once in a while and do stuff when you're not home, but that's about it.
PS: your title is misleading and confusing at best. Maybe a better one would be "I use VNC to access programs on my computer like everyone else has for the last number of months, yet this is worthy of a pointless post anyway!"Last edited by Happy Noodle Boy; 02-02-2008 at 03:18 PM.
