how do i rick roll somebody?

hey all,
how do i mask, i think its called, a URL so it says something besides the URL on the link. for example i want to make some one go to Rick Roll. You Got Rick Rolled
but they obviously arent gonna click that so how do i make the link say something else so you dont know what the url is until you click it?

should be able to find it from this google search: short url redirection - Google Search

basically just find the right site, enter the url and it will give you something like: sitename.com/839839503

Well I installed some Winterboard theme that was on Cydia named "Surprise". It didn't say what it was about or showed a screenshot. I installed it and it started playing the Rick Roll video in the background... I was like, WTF?! lol
