It's really hard sleeping for me sometimes, my body and eyes are physically tired but I just can't shut off the mind. My mind is always working, always thinking.
Hence, why I only sleep bout 3 hours.

LOL. It's the opposite for me. I sleep like 10 hours and only eat about 1.5 meals per day. Wake at 2, work for 3 hours, eat a big meal at like 6 or 7, party/hang out, then eat like a half meal of stuff at 1-4AM. I've actually lost weight this summer because of this.

I don't know why, but I just cannot stay asleep for long. it's freaking annoying. Anyways, last Friday I woke up at 6:00. I went to sleep at 4:30 in the morning the next day and woke up at 6:00am. I then proceeded to stay up until 12:00 last night. I am ******* tired.

I AM nocturnal. I work from 7pm to 7am, 8 days in two weeks(sometimes more). I sleep from around 8:30-9:00am to 2:00-4:00pm (usually about 6 hours).
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix

I am a zombie too, its 3am right now and I got to be up for 6:30 for work start at 7
oh well 1 more week of this then I am done and got all of August to myself so no need to wake up early

work keeps me fairly regular. 12-1 am to 8 am. or when im not working: 10-11AM. anything later i feel like im wasting my day.

^ I agree. My internal clock wakes me up at or around 8am everyday. Regardless if I get to sleep later than average. I hate wasting days.

I sleep at 11:00pm usually but most of the time it's 10PM, I sleep early so then next morning I wake up, I can wake up early and nobody bugs me lol.

I go to sleep at about 2am and wake about 9-11, usually cant go to sleep any earlier because I have my own working hours.
If you can get at least 7 hours of sleep you should be all good. Maybe a nap during the day every now and then.
