Number in dot, or not??

Hey guys, I was wondering, when we get a call, or i guess I should call it a missed call, is there supposed to be a number in the red dot?? I mean, like let's say we have a few missed calls, should it have the number of missed calls inside of the red dot?? Mine doesn't do that, just the red dot is what is shown?? I thought I remember it having a number of how many we missed, but, maybe not, maybe I'm thinking of text?? Ugh!! Shoot, not sure, but, if it should have the number of how many missed calls, does anyone know, maybe why mine is not doing that, or maybe cuz something I installed that messed it up?? Oh! WEll, no big deal, just wondering. Thanks!

Mine has the number of missed calls in the "dot", not sure why yours doesn't.

Maybe yours doesn't because it has to many to show? Maybe you accidently deleated a file in ssh or something. Happend to me before.
