I need quick help here!

Hey everyone, before I kill somebody, I really need help downloading the latest version of iTunes and QuickTime on to my computer.

The whole problem here is with QuickTime 7.3.1.

I download it, well I try to, but it says there's a secrurity error.

"Error 2738"

I have no idea what it's talking about, but it will not install QuickTime. I've tried several times over a number of days. I know it's NOT my computer's fault because I have all the system requirments. So I don't know what's going on, but it's really bugging me!! I hope someone can help me out with this really quick. It will be highly appreciated!!

Also, for extra info, I am running on a Toshiba Satellite laptop equiped with Windows Vista Home Premium. I'm pretty sure my 160GB HDD is enough to cover the space. I just don't understand what this secrurity thing is all about.
