what app are you guys using to set up your ringtone? Im using the "sendsong" app but after i've set the ringtone, if i sync my iphone, i lose all my custom ringtones
If i add another song via "sendsong", when i go back into settings, the old list of ringtones magically reappears, any hints?

its quite annoying having to set the ring tone everytime i sync, which is pretty much everytime i need to charge it.
Ive only had my iPhone for 2 days and i love it but hate the fact i have so much music on it, and its so complicated trying to use it as a ringtone.

Ive only had my iPhone for 2 days and i love it but hate the fact i have so much music on it, and its so complicated trying to use it as a ringtone.

since you are running 1.1.2 all you have to do is download a music editor somthing like wave pad, then take n e song you wish from itunes edit it to 30 seconds, no more or it won't work. You can fade in and out and make it like a real ringtone, just depends on how much time u wanna spend. Then you load the edited form of the song into itunes and go to advanced, convert selection to acc. then it will creat a new version of the same clip, throw away the old one. Now right click the new file that you just had converted and click show in windows explorer, then right click the file and change the file type m4r, last step is to go back to itunes and click file import, and find the m4r file... Tada you now have a ringtone on itunes, to sync go to the iphone section of itunes and go to ringtones and click the ones you have created and sync. Now you have a ringtone that will show up in your custom ringtones section on the ringtone list of your phone and will not delete every time you sync. Sounds hard but it's nuthin once you do it once... Don't thank me I'm just repeating what I have already read on this site and helpin out.
