As for looks, iTouch is better, in my opinion, the thickness of the iPhone spoils it slightly, and it has a speaker at the bottom which is ugly for 2 reasons:

1: the holes could have been concealed in a better way

2: it allows for filthy chavs to play Soulja Boy out loud
