The first time my boyfriend ever went on a forum
(it wasn't MMi, but for FTA satellite)
he was surfing around, and after a little while on multiple threads on multiple boards he said to me:

"it seems like there's this one guy who must be the main guy who does all the programming and stuff, because he's on every single board, and his posts are always at the top with the most views"

I thought that this would be weird - one guy on ALL the boards, with information on ALL the models across the world... but who knows, right?
So I asked him what the guys name was, and he said:

"Sticky"


Just thought that I'd share this funny story.
Now every time I go onto any forum and see a sticky,
I chuckle a little bit to myself...

I'm not sure if it's even true.
That's what makes this story so funny,
he's not actually a noobie when it comes to tech,
he's just not very bright when it comes to thinking!!
(it's ok - I'm quite positive that he will not be on this forum,
so I can talk about him all I want!)

He's also in film and video, so his tech-savy is more to do with
anything that relates to video...and when he talks about that stuff
it puts me right to sleep!! I guess we just have different types
of nerdy interests!
Besides, I am definitely a girly tech-type person
(if that is even possible). I'm not into the whole 'gotta have the most powerful stuff'
Don't get me wrong, I've gotta have the latest and greatest when I do get something.
but I'm always much more interested in things that look cool..
I guess that's why I like apple so much..... oh sooooooo pretty! =)
