Like the title says, I'm an idiot. First, let me say that I'm on AT&T. I've had my OTB 1.1.2 iPhone for exactly one week now, checking every day to see if there was an unlock for it. I jumped back to 1.1.1, jailbroke it, got to play with the apps and pictures and what not until last night when my speaker quit working. I had this happen once, and the headphone trick didn't work, but updating the firmware again did. I tried that, then found the article on how to upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbrake it. After I did that, a stray thought popped into my head; and it was: "Hey, if it's jailbroken under 1.1.2, I wonder if my old SIM card will work..." So, I take my SIM card out of my other phone (which explains why it wasn't in the iPhone, I needed it for work), and up came the AT&T logo with the pretty little "E" beside it.

So yes, I am indeed an idiot. I knew about the 1.1.2 update for some time, but never had the JRE installed, so the windows.bat file would fail.

For those that said "tl;dr", I'll sum it up by laying thanks to all those that worked so hard to get these phones jailbroke and unlocked! You guys rock, and this community wouldn't be jack without you!
