For anyone wanting to know. Yesterday I bought an iphone from France telecom. The person in the shop said that when I activated it through itunes it would have an option to unlock, it didnt. Today I went back to the shop and it turns out you now pay 100 euro in credit from your prepaid account give your name address etc and imei number to the person in customer services and then orange send the unlock code to you within a week. So lets see what happens in the next week!!

5 Days on and Orange are true to there word. They send you a letter telling you to restore you phone. Once the restore is complete it logs into the ITMS and then a message pops up saying congratulations your iphone is now unlocked!!!!!!
