this will make you laugh, or not.
well i woke up this morning to ten missed calls from my friends stating that a detective from the local jacksonville sheriff's office is investigating me for unlocking iphones. trying to see if they can arrest me for some sort of copyright law or maybe even get me for handleing "stolen" iphones???? what the hell happened to the constitution?
innocent until proven guilty?
dude i am scared and flabbergasted!
laws are changing everyday.
you can be searched on suspicion at random,
you can have legal guns confiscated with no written receipt or chance of return,
you can have your house searched for illegal weapons without probable cause or a warrant off of an anonymos tip,
home of the free?
free to do what they tell us!
i will keep you updated.Last edited by tattoojack; 06-21-2008 at 06:07 PM.

Thats Florida for you. The LAW cant do anything about your Jailbroken iPhone anyways, The Detective is just looking for a reason to take your iPhone because ZiPhone broke his phone...

so i ran into a cop that i have tattooed a few times and he said this shecop is new on the force and has a huge hardon for me. Trying to drum up all kinds of charges. Basically when she brought it up at rollcall to see what could be done, everyone laughed their asses off! Turns out one of the officers over her had a phone that i unlocked! He told her to worry bout writin speedin tickets and leave me alone!
I feel so much better.
Thanks for listenin folks!

If they are really taking the "jailbreaking" issue seriously, this website would be illegal!!! No one cares, including apple!!
