PS3 or xbox 360?

I think Vizio's look nice. But I can understand why some people don't like them. They're kind of new to the scene compared to long-time manufacturers of tv's like Sony and Samsung. But so far so good, good prices for good quality I'll say.

I like Samsung too. Unfortunately at this time in my life I can't afford them lol! Either a $400 LED Vizio or a $900 Samsung LED. Sony and Samsung can get expensive haha

Did you hear about the Nintendo 3DS? So expensive for a handheld gaming system in my opinion. Don't know how well the 3D works on it either. I haven't seen it in action yet tho.

PS3 has better graphics (Blu-Ray), and is capable of playing Blu-Ray movies.

Xbox 360 has a better online game-play experience, and a few more compatibility features (Messenger, Facebook, and connecting to a Windows OS platform).

All games are made for both consoles (with a few exclusive exceptions) and both consoles have TurtleBeach headsets for awesome audio experience.

I would purchase the Xbox 360 [S].

I just recently bought the [S], added the 250G of memory to it, and attached a TurtleBeach x41 headset; it runs beautifully.

I will never buy another Xbox again. They sold people junk before and they will do it again. Never had an issue with my PS3. When my sons needed another console I bought them one too.

I think it's mostly due to excess play(when the console starts to get hot)
I have one and have had no trouble but I honestly prefer ps3 just cause I think Sony is better.

Anyway just my 2 cents

There you have it. The failure rate of xbox 360 is up to %19 while PS3 is at around %2.
I don't even want to mention how many friends I have that switched from 360 to PS3 mainly because:

- 360 is KNOWN to damage and scratch your disks
- Zaps, and constant freezings
- 3 rings of death (the video shown above, you get this you can kiss-goodbye your 360). rings of death is hardware failure.

Just go to YouTube and put 360 rings of death, and see MANY MANY folks getting these hardware failures. You can't say the same for PS3.

As a matter of fact I tried 3 brand new 360 20gb. All 3 were defective right out of the box. I took it back to BestBuy and got my money back.

360 does have more games, and better online play with xbox live but PS-Network is catching up THAT IS A FACT.

Oh yeah with PS3 you get this thing called BLU-RAY ...

MSoft tried to get Bluray in their console and were DENIED. Why ?? because nobody wants a weak console representing BLURAY. You don't believe me ? Try doing research on the net on WHY THEY WERE DENIED.

Blu Ray alone will cost ya about $400 bucks these days.

the RROD is barely a problem anymore. buy a newer system and you wont have this problem. If you still are whining about that do your research.

id still get a ps3 though.
