New guy saying Hi
Just wanted to drop in, and say hi. I'm new to this forum, and am a semi-newbie to the iphone world. I've had an 8gb iphone for a few months, but just sold it and bought a 16gb one.
I like to fly my rc helicopter, dragrace my bike and car, and mostly be with my daughter, who will be 3 in August.
I'll try my best to search first, knowing how everyone hates reading the same posts w/ the same questions.
Thats all, I guess, except that I'm glad to be apart of a place I can learn alot from.
Bye

Welcome aboard
Nice to see you mentioned the Search button
Half the guys on any given forum don't even know that a search button exists
Enjoy your 16GB iPhone, and I hope you learn a lot of cool stuff from MMi - just like I did.

Just thought I'd share some of my toys/hobbies.
1st is my 2004 suzuki hayabusa. 1397cc stroked motor, stage 2 turbo w/ turbo cams, head work, extended, tons of other stuff/ 348 rwhp, 18lbs of boost. runs 8.30's @ 170+ in the 1/4 and top speed of 212 verified @ bonneville.....

Next, is my daily driver chrysler........

Last, the beast. 87 mustang notchback. stroked 302, twin turbo a4 block. Too much to list. 1300+ rwhp, and runs 8.30's @ 165+- in the 1/4.
This is a crotch rocket killer, and have made alot of them feel bad on the street when I pass them on 2 wheels. It was featured in a magazine when my buddy John Urist owned it, before I bought it and made some changes.

Thats it....hope i didnt bore ya.Last edited by prouddad.215; 05-29-2008 at 09:45 PM.

Hey man!
Don't worry, you'll learn heaps.
It's pretty easy to pick up.
And it's great you know about the search box, unlike so many noobs.

Thanks alot, all!! I already know I'm gonna love this forum because with all the other forums I've been on, they treat people like crap, especially newbs. There seems to be alot of comradery and its refreshing.
Thanks

Those are some amazing machines.

twitter.com/dale1vMicrosoft owns the internet through Hotmail. The .HTML is short for Hotmail, so all .HTML files are MS files.

Thanks averyone. Yea the car is amazingly fast. I actually has my buddy drive my car while I rode my bike, on the turnpike one morning. From a 30'
roll we both took off, the car steadily pulled my bike, up until 165 when it started running outta gear, and I caught up to and flew by him @ 185.
If I had the car geared for high speed runs instead of 4:10 gears for the track, I think it would be a 200mph machine w/ the HP it has. Still fun to whoop on the trailered "race" cars that come to the track. i line up, beat their a**es, and drive home, while they look @ me amazed while they put their cars back on the trailer.
My bike is more fun though. Its unpredictable with the turboed power. One time I could be cruising @ 140, and crack the throttle, and wheelie thru the gears, whole another I could crack it, and haze the tires while the speed climbs. Thats the fun in it.
