Photo Album Issues, 1.1.1

Is anyone having Issues with uploading their own photos from their computer on to their phone? I'm only able to upload a couple of pictures, and the rest are coming up with an error saying that they can't be displayed on the iphone... any help would be awesome, thanks guys

the only thing i can think of is.. check the resolution size...

i resized the images and it still didnt work, and some of the pictures that were uploaded turned out distorted and not clear... it worked fine when i had my phone with the 1.0.2 software, does the unlocking/jailbreaking process do anything to the phone that syncing it doesn't work?

anyone know why i can only sync 2 photos out of 168 its says optimizing photos but wont sync them
