iTunes alternative?

Is there a good alternative to iTunes for use with the iPhone? I just really don't care for it that much. I wouldn't mind having to do it through ssh if need be, but I just don't know if it'll work or not. My phone is already activated and jailbroken

any ideas?

i dont think there has been any replacements for the iphone, there are a lot for the ipod, you may look at those products, but most of them are paid. IVE seen that some are compatible with the iphone, but have not tried them based on their price.
