Poll:RAM Upgrade 1GB or 2GB?
Hey all, with Leopards release, i figured it was time to get a RAM upgrade from 512MB, My question is, should i go 1GB or 2GB on my Intel Core Duo MacBook? The question is is 2GB worth the money? Or is 1GB just fine?
Thanks for the help

if you do any photoshop work or anything, definately get 2 gigs.. if its just for browsing the net and typing documents (and money is an issue), then 1 gig is enough

i had 2 gig in mine. that is until some jerk spilt coffee i work with spilt coffee on it. anyone know where i can get a new logic board? Or I could just part it out.

i bought it with 512 then upgraded to 1gig then later to 2gig. and i noticed a difference every time. for what i used it for 1 gig was ample but i liked having the extra just incase. however that was all b4 10.5 came out. i have a 1st gen mini that i put in 1gig running it and the only thing it dosent like is cover flow in finder

You can actually upgrade to 3Gig's and it will work! I did it on an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz MacBook.
It really works
Thats if it is an Intel Core 2 Duo
