to make it clear just put these to images to replace the images already in your springboard.app folder.
/system/library/coreservices/springboard.app
put the two attached files into this folder, the first one is a transparent tap bar. so you dont actually slide the finger across the slider, you just touch at the bottom anywhere on the slider image and it will unlock the phone.
the next one is a transparent image for the box type thing at the bottom of the page that the slider is in.
Finally go into customize or edit your springboard file so that instead of saying slide to unlock it is just blank.
respring or restart your phone and you should have no slider stuff and a tap bar.
