i recently deleted a yahoo email account on my iphone but what is annoying is that i keep receiving text messages whenever there is a new message on that yahoo email account even though i already deleted that email account on my iphone. is there a way to stop this?

go to your yahoo account settings (not on phone) and turn off sms notifacations (or somthing like that)

sms notification on my yahoo account was never turned on.
