Hey cpjr. Give a little more info next time. Even if it is just a copy and paste.

What should you do? You should post some helpful content in your post answering the person's question and then give a link to wherever you found the answer (assuming the answer wasn't from modmyi ) to give credit where it is due.

Not sure if this would be considered completely spam, though.
Here are the instructions on how to SSH your phone with your mac/pc:

SSH on Windows
Here's an easy approach on using SSH on Windows.
NOTE: You need a jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch, with OpenSSH and BSD Subsystem installed on it. (You can get both from Installer.app)
1. Get WinSCP from here.
2. After installing, launch WinSCP.
3. Connect to your Wi-Fi network from your iPhone/iPod Touch.
4. Now launch WinSCP
5. Now under host name, type your iPhone/iPod Touch's IP address. (To find your IP address, just go to Settings -> Wi-Fi -> and click on the blue network next to the network you're connected to)
4. Don't fill in anything else, and press login.
5. It might display an error message
Click Yes.
6. Now it'll ask for a username and password. Try these two combinations. Depending on your firmware, one of them will work.
Username: root
Password: alpine
Username: root
Password: dottie
7. You're in! Now you have full access to your iPhone/iPod Touch on your computer using Wi-Fi.

(SFTP is basically SSH)
Using SFTP in OS X with iPhone
Using SFTP is by far the easiest way to mod your iPhone yet. (08.19.07). In order to do this, you have to have installed SSH on your iPhone.
I will be using FuGu for this tutorial, since it is free. CyberDuck also works. I prefer Coda or Transmit, but they both cost.
Step 1.
Download and install Fugu.
Step 2.
Check your iPhone's IP address. This can be found by going to Settings>Wi-Fi on your iPhone itself, and clicking the blue arrow next to the network you're connected to. The IP Address will be displayed on the page that comes up. Note that for the next step.
Step 3.
Open Fugu. In the connect area, put in the IP address you just wrote down for your iPhone. Use the login root, and port 22. Hit Return.
Step 4.
Enter the password as Fugu asks for it. Unless you changed it (which only you would know), it's "dottie" for 1.0.2 and under or alpine for 1.1.1 and over.

Step 5.
Now you're in your iPhone! Most of our modding is done from the root directory of the iPhone and downwards, so select the drop down menu and click the / option at the bottom so you're seeing your iPhone's root directory.
Step 6.
Congratulations! Now you're in your iPhone, and can drag and drop files between your computer and your iPhone. This makes for MUCH easier modding. Enjoy...
