    In Iran we cant buy celeste (becuse we dont have paypal, visa card...)

    But I have PayPal.
    I want to know can I buy celeste license for example 20 iPhones then I give them to Iranian users.

    As you know we have to buy celeste only from our device. I want to find aanother way to buy celeste .

    Please help me and tell how can I contact the builder of this app.

    Do not buy Celeste at this point of time, as it is very buggy.
    Unless the first update will bring big improvements I will request a refund.
